Cassandra Kottman has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Cassandra started their career at SKB Corporation in 2007 as a Music Customer Service representative. Cassandra then worked at Nordstrom from 2009 to 2012 as an Operator, responsible for managing schedules, events, and employee listings in Southern California stores. After that, in 2012, they became a Self Employed Fine Artist in Orange County, working as a Multi-Media Artist. Cassandra returned to SKB Corporation in 2013 and held two roles: News and Social Media Manager since February 2015, and Industrial/Military Sales and Customer Service from January 2013 to February 2015. In the latter role, they managed sales accounts and provided customer service for the Industrial Division, including warranty and part requests.

Cassandra Kottman attended Fullerton College from 2003 to 2007, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Following that, from 2008 to 2012, they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Fine and Studio Arts at Chapman University.
