Nikita Tarasov

Nikita Tarasov is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning, currently serving as the Head of AI Center at SKB Kontur since July 2012. Tarasov successfully built and oversees a multi-disciplinary team of up to 70 professionals, including data scientists and machine learning researchers, across various departments focused on AI projects, R&D, data markup, and infrastructure. Previous roles include Deputy Head of the Development Department and Head of Data Science, where responsibilities encompassed improving research efficacy and managing talent acquisition and professional development. Tarasov has a solid educational background with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a Master's degree in Mathematical Foundations of Computer Science from Ural State University.
