Arlene Rhone

Arlene Rhone, CPIM, has extensive experience in planning and instruction, currently serving as a Senior Planner at SKC Inc. since January 2002. In addition to this role, Arlene is a Certified Instructor and Blackbelt at Full Circle Martial Arts Academy, where involvement began in November 2009. Previous experience includes work as an Independent Damsel in Defense Pro from June 2016 to November 2017 and as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) at Exercise with Arlene from March 2014 to June 2015. Arlene's education includes studies at Fox Valley Technical College from 2019 to 2022 and certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in 2014.
