Aoife McCarthy

Aoife McCarthy is an accomplished communications and public affairs professional with a diverse background in strategic roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at SKDK since August 2022, McCarthy previously held positions at Instacart, EFA Strategies, and the Global Climate Action Summit, where significant contributions were made in policy communications and public affairs. Notable experience also includes serving as Communications Director at the U.S. Mission to the United Nations and Director of Public Affairs at the U.S. Department of Energy. An MBA graduate from Presidio Graduate School and a dual Bachelor of Arts recipient from The George Washington University, McCarthy also has educational experience from the University of Oxford.
