Graphic Designer

Kirsti Itameri is an accomplished professional in graphic design and multimedia education, currently serving as an Assistant Professor and Course Director for the Graphic Design department at Coventry University's Cairo branch since August 2021. With experience as a Graphic Designer and Art Director at Lzbth Wlsn Dsgns and Greenlight Media Strategies since July 2015, Kirsti specializes in creating various marketing materials for political, nonprofit, and corporate clients. Additionally, Kirsti has contributed as a Multimedia Coach at the CUNY Graduate School of Journalism, providing guidance on numerous digital projects, and has held roles including Visual Instructor and Editor at The New York Times, along with adjunct professorship at Florida International University. Kirsti is also a cofounder of the multimedia project "I Marched Along," which highlights the voices of Egyptian citizens regarding women's futures in post-uprising Egypt. An educational background includes a Master's degree in International Reporting from CUNY and a Bachelor's degree in Photography from Parsons School of Design.
