Brooks Stewart is an experienced Customer Service Manager and Online Experience Architect with a proven track record in both wholesale customer service and online platform development. Currently serving as the Customer Service Manager Wholesale at Skechers since February 2020, Brooks leads a team of Corporate Key Account Customer Service Representatives, ensuring exceptional service levels and efficient processing of EDI orders. Prior to this role, Brooks held positions at 44North as a Senior Online Experience Architect, where over 40 group sites were built on the bswift benefit platform, and at Wexford County as a Deputy Registrar, managing real property documentation. Brooks has also previously contributed to Skechers’ corporate customer service department and held roles in various fashion and apparel companies, backed by an Associate's Degree in Fashion Merchandising from FIDM.
