Christie Aust

Christie Aust has over two decades of experience in compensation and benefits, currently serving as Director of Compensation & Benefits at Skechers since February 2001, after previously holding the position of Manager in the same department. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Benefits Consultant at CBRE, Compensation & Benefits Specialist at DENSO, and Compensation & Benefits Administrator at Mattel, Inc. Academically, Christie holds a Master of Laws in International Business from Boston University School of Law, a Master of Dispute Resolution from USC Gould School of Law, and an MBA from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University. Additionally, Christie is pursuing a Master of Arts in AIS from UCLA.
