Mili Shyno

Mili Shyno is an experienced quality engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Quality Engineering at Skechers since January 2022 and as the Quality Engineering Manager at OceanX, LLC since September 2020. Mili has held various leadership roles including AVP- QA Engineering, QA Manager, and Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at PennyMac Loan Services, LLC from August 2015 to September 2020. Prior experience includes positions such as QA Lead at XYPRO Technology and UAT Lead during a consulting role at Bank of America, where coordination of cross-functional projects and development of management dashboards were key contributions. Mili has also worked as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst/Test Lead at Kaiser Permanente IT, focusing on test strategies and collaboration with development teams while being a Quality Analyst at Condusiv Technologies, where management of testing teams and performance testing were critical achievements. Mili began the quality assurance career at CosmoSoftt Technologies, contributing to test case design and documentation. Mili holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Financial Management Services from Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya.
