Tina Kastelan

Tina Kastelan is an accomplished professional in technical design and operations, currently serving as the Director of Technical Design at Skechers since September 2022 and as a Small Business Owner at basquette since May 2021. Previously, Tina held various leadership roles at Skechers, including Sr Director of Operations and Product Development for Apparel and Director of Technical Design. Additional experience includes serving as VP of Technical Design at Hybrid Apparel and VP of Global Technical Services at Quiksilver, where Tina defined and managed product development processes and maintained brand integrity. Earlier career roles included Director of Roxy Pre Production and a Pattern Maker for Junior Sportswear. Tina's educational background includes studies at L.A. Trade Tech and UCLA Extension.
