Wim Schiettecat is an experienced entrepreneur and CEO, currently leading Silver Tie, a company specializing in providing both temporary and permanent staff to organizations since April 2016. In addition to managing Silver Tie, Wim founded Silver Tie Payroll in May 2020, offering payroll services for flexible hospitality workers, and co-founded Meatpack International in January 2021, which operates a network of exclusive club locations for entrepreneurs in Belgium. In April 2023, Wim initiated Skedle, an all-in-one personnel management and planning tool. Additionally, Wim is the founder of Gent Smaakt, a culinary outdoor festival in Ghent, and has held various positions in recruitment and management within the hospitality sector since 1996. Education was completed at Katholieke Hogeschool Brugge-Oostende from 1996 to 1998 and at Sint Paulus from 1988 to 1992.
