Nataliia Nagirna is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Senior People Partner at Howly since December 2022, focusing on employee relations and remote team management for a workforce of 300. In this role, Nataliia has been instrumental in optimizing HR lifecycle processes, enhancing onboarding, performance reviews, development, retention, and offboarding initiatives. Additionally, Nataliia continues to mentor at Projector Institute and Google, providing HR mentorship and consultations while previously supporting employees during crises at WeSoftYou Inc. and managing HR operations at CIVITTA.
