Volodymyr K. has extensive experience in back-end development and technical leadership across various companies. Currently serving as Back-end Lead at SKELAR since April 2022, Volodymyr manages technical projects and oversees personnel. Previous roles include Technical Lead at both SKELAR and Innovecs, where Volodymyr standardized back-end development practices and managed technical debt. As a Senior Back-end Engineer, responsibilities encompassed the design and deployment of microservices, as well as mentoring junior engineers. In addition to engineering roles, Volodymyr has contributed as a Course Instructor at IT Education Academy, teaching Golang and PHP Advanced courses, and has a history of engaging with educational consultative roles.
