Steve Davis has extensive experience in the medical device industry, particularly in orthopaedic trauma. Davis began a career at DePuy Trauma, Johnson & Johnson from January 2000 to December 2011, focusing on medical device sales. Prior military service includes a tenure as Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force from January 1994 to November 1999, supporting Operation Desert Shield/Storm. From 2012 to 2014, Davis worked as a Medical Device Sales Representative at Smith & Nephew Orthopaedics. Subsequent roles at Skeletal Dynamics included Upper Extremity Surgical Specialist, Eastern U.S. Development Manager, and Southeast Field Marketing Manager from May 2016 to April 2022, culminating in a position as Senior Development Manager from April 2022 to January 2024. Davis attended Valencia College from 1993 to 1994.
