Valentin Vollmer

Valentin Vollmer is the Chief Process Officer & Principal Developer at Skeleton Key. Valentin has over 20 years of experience in software development, product management, and software process improvement.

Valentin started their career as a software developer, and then transitioned into product management and software process improvement. Valentin has worked for companies such as MRI Software and HAPPY Software, where they were responsible for leading the development of new modules and streamlining releases.

In their current role at Skeleton Key, Valentin is responsible for designing and implementing processes that empower every team member and deliver results release after release. Valentin is passionate about helping teams to be more effective and efficient in their work, and they are always looking for ways to improve the software development process.

Valentin Vollmer received their education in 2004 in Sozialpädagogik/ Sozialarbeit from Katholische Fachhochschule Nordrhein-Westfalen Köln. Valentin also has certifications from edX in Harvard CS50: Introduction to Computer Science, Scrum Alliance in Certified Scrum Master, and FileMaker Inc., an Apple subsidiary, in FileMaker 15 Certified Developer, FileMaker 14 Certified Developer, and FileMaker 13 Certified Developer.
