Markus Klose has extensive experience in the field of intellectual property and advanced Battery Technology, currently serving as Director of Intellectual Property & Advanced Development at Skeleton Technologies from March 2021 to May 2025. Previously, Klose held multiple roles at Skeleton Technologies, including Director of Superbattery and Intellectual Property and Head of Intellectual Property. Prior to joining Skeleton Technologies, Klose was an R&D Scientist at Heraeus Battery Technology GmbH from May 2017 to November 2018 and at Heraeus from September 2016 to April 2017. Klose began a research career at the Leibniz Institute for Solid State and Materials Research, where tenure lasted from September 2010 to September 2016. Klose holds a Doktoringenieur (Dr.-Ing.) degree in Material Science and a Diplomchemiker (Dipl.-Chem.) degree in Chemistry, both from Technische Universität Dresden, with studies completed from January 2004 to January 2015.
