Sébastien Migeotte

Sébastien Migeotte has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Sébastien is currently the Director of Project Management at Skeleton Technologies since July 2021. Prior to this, they founded and served as an Executive Coach at MS Coaching OÜ, providing personal and executive coaching services as well as trainings and talks since March 2018. Sébastien has also worked as an Associate Coach at Randstad RiseSmart since October 2019, delivering career coaching services to participants going through career transitions within their organization or pursuing new opportunities. In their earlier career, Sébastien held various roles at ABB, including Plant Manager, Project Management and Sales Support Manager, Project Management Office Manager, Operational Excellence and Quality Manager, and Industrial Engineer. Sébastien has also worked as a Website Promoter at NetLead OÜ, a Manufacturing Engineer at Caterpillar Inc., an Independent Financial Advisor at ERGO INSURANCE NV/SA, and a CNC Programmer at ASCO.

Sébastien Migeotte holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Electro-Mechanic from Haute Ecole Catholique du Luxembourg "Blaise Pascal", which they completed from 2003 to 2007. Sébastien also completed their college education in Electro-Mechanic at Institut technique de Namur from 1997 to 2003. In 2017 to 2018, Sébastien pursued a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching at Estonian Business School. In terms of additional certifications, Sébastien obtained a CDC - Certified DISC Coach certification from the International Coaching Association - ICA in 2023, an ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation in August 2023, and an Operations Management Foundations certification from LinkedIn in 2020. Sébastien also holds various certifications in subjects such as career mobility, internal auditing, Spanish proficiency, and English language proficiency.
