Eric Rice

Eric Rice is an experienced automation engineer currently employed at Skellig since May 2024. Prior to this role, Eric served as a Senior Process Automation and Controls Engineer at Stellix Global Services in March and April 2024 and held a similar position at NECI from February 2020 to March 2024, focusing on process automation for pharmaceutical clients across multiple countries. Eric's academic background includes a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Rice University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Research experience includes contributions as a Graduate Research Assistant at Rice University, involving the design and analysis of anaerobic membrane bioreactors, as well as studies on antimicrobial surfaces at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and growth kinetics at Cornell University.
