Joseph Pecoraro

Joseph Pecoraro has a diverse range of experience in the construction industry. Joseph started their career at Skender in 2005 as a Project Engineer, where they worked on various projects until 2007. From 2008 to 2011, they served as a Project Manager and obtained the LEED AP certification. In 2011, they were promoted to Senior Project Manager, responsible for delivering projects on time and within budget. In 2016, they were promoted to Project Executive overseeing the project management team and ensuring client satisfaction. Currently, Joseph is also involved in the Illinois Housing Council, serving as a Board Member since 2023 and previously as a Committee Member since 2021.

Joseph Pecoraro obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2005.
