Mike Hightower

Mike Hightower has over 19 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Mike started their career as a Field Intern at Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC in 2008. Later, they served as a Logistics Coordinator in the U.S. Army from 2001 to 2009, where they managed the distribution of supplies during a military conflict in Iraq. Mike then worked at Lowe's Home Improvement for ten years, starting as a Customer Service Associate and Delivery Associate, where they assisted customers with home improvement projects and organized the delivery of building materials. From 2010 to 2012, Mike worked at BidClerk as a Government Bid Reporter, tracking and reporting on public construction projects across the country. Mike maintained relationships with municipal contacts to ensure project accuracy. In 2012, they joined Madison Construction as an Assistant Superintendent, managing construction projects until 2014. Currently, Mike is a Project Manager at Skender, where they have been since 2014.

Mike Hightower completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida - M.E. Rinker School of Building Construction from 2007 to 2009. Mike then pursued a Master's of Science in Management (MSM) from the University of Florida - Hough Graduate School of Business from 2009 to 2010.
