David Sollitt

David Sollitt currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Shackleton since June 2025. Prior to this role, David was a Board Trustee at Citizens Advice Sheffield from October 2020 to June 2025, focusing on poverty reduction and social justice advocacy. David also held the position of Chief Operating Officer at IM Asset Management from August 2014 to June 2025, contributing to strategic direction and operational delivery across various functions in wealth management. Additional experience includes serving as COO at Crisp Thinking in 2014 and as Interim Change Director at AJ Bell in late 2013 to early 2014. David holds an MBA in Management Studies from Sheffield Hallam University, earned from January 1995 to January 1998.
