Paul Feeney

Paul Feeney is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Skerritts since May 2023, Feeney previously held key positions such as Chair of the Practitioners Panel at the Financial Conduct Authority from 2016 to 2022, and Chair of the Quilter Foundation during the same period. As Chief Executive Officer of Quilter from 2012 to 2022, Feeney led the transformation of the company from a declining entity under the Old Mutual brand to the second largest wealth manager in the UK, accomplishing a successful separation from Old Mutual and a stock market flotation in 2018. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Old Mutual, BNY Mellon, and Gartmore, as well as directorships at The Investment Association and TheCityUK.
