Mike Gajdostik

Mike Gajdostik is a strategic sales leader with extensive experience in driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams. Currently serving as Head of Sales at SketchDeck.ai since July 2025, Mike develops and executes comprehensive sales strategies while managing key client relationships and overseeing the entire sales process. Prior to this role, Mike held various senior positions at Reibus from August 2020 to June 2025, including Vice President of Commercial Strategy and Director of Enterprise Sales, where responsibilities included coaching sales teams, fostering long-term customer relationships, and enhancing user engagement through collaboration with the Customer Success Team. Mike's career also includes leadership positions at Fabricated Metal Products, Samuel, Son & Co., and Ryerson, starting from various operational roles to senior management positions, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and executive leadership training from the Schulich School of Business.
