Katie Swietlik

Katie Swietlik has approximately 12 years of work experience, starting in 2010. Katie began their career as an Artist & Creative Director at their own company, Katie Swietlik Art & Creative Direction. From 2013 to 2018, they were a Small Business Owner at Gür. Katie also worked as a Founding Member at Trama Semana Fotográfica in 2014. In 2016, they served as a Content Creator at Que Pasa Oaxaca.

In 2018, Katie joined SketchDeck as a Project Manager for Rémy-Cointreau USA (RCUSA), managing multiple projects for 8 high-end spirits brands. Katie later took on the role of Community Manager, focusing on fostering collaboration and employee well-being for SketchDeck's remote team.

Throughout their work experience, Katie has demonstrated skills in project management, creative direction, content creation, and social media marketing.

Katie Swietlik attended Columbia College Chicago from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a major in Photography. In 2013, they attended Centro de la Imagen in Mexico City for a short period to study Photographic Arts. Then, in 2017, they briefly attended Centro de las Artes San Agustín, focusing on Fine/Studio Arts, General. It is worth noting that they returned to Columbia College Chicago in 2005 and completed another Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree, this time specializing in Photography.
