Sarah McKinley has over 6 years of experience in operations, administrative, and production management roles. In 2021, they began working at Sketchy as an Operations Manager, Operations Administrator, and Administrative Assistant. In this role, Sarah supports micro-level day to day operations, manages contractor invoice tracking and communications, and learns third party tools to improve workflows.

In their role as Venue Manager, Sarah managed production workflows for 320 live arts events and 3 festivals per year, problem solved blockers to efficiency and effective communication in production pipeline, and communicated with in-house and independent producers and artists. As an Assistant Venue Manager, Sarah taught in-house and independent first-time producers to utilize project management tools, conducted research and implemented third party tools to streamline creative production workflows, and owned production pipeline tracking.
In 2015, Sarah also worked as a Production Manager (Volunteer) at SketchFest Seattle. In this role, they owned all internal communications with 15-20 local and 8 out of town performing acts, communicated with all artists to learn their technical needs, and executed 12 live events occurring over 2 weekends.
Sarah McKinley graduated from the University of Puget Sound in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre/Theater.
