Skewd Asia is the next evolution of the multi award-winning Skewd brand, known for redefining modern Anatolian cuisine since launching in North London over a decade and a half ago. Rooted in innovation, quality, and craft, Skewd has earned a stellar reputation for its vibrant flavours, theatrical open-flame cooking, and high-end hospitality — winning multiple Fine Dining Restaurant of the Year awards, along with Chef of the Year accolades.

Skewd Asia takes this story even further — reaching back into pre-Anatolian history, drawing inspiration from the Turkic roots of our ancestors who migrated from Central Asia to the lands of modern-day Turkey over a thousand years ago. This new concept explores the rich and diverse culinary traditions that existed before Skewd, influenced by the neighbouring Asian cultures that helped shape the food, techniques, and spirit of the region.

Guests can expect a refined and modern interpretation of Pan-Asian cuisine, featuring:

Expertly crafted sushi
Bold robata grill dishes
Signature cocktails
Vibrant, shareable small plates
All delivered with the flair, fire, and flavour that define our hospitality DNA.

From laid-back lunches to immersive evening dining, Skewd Asia offers both a luxurious dining room and a buzzing cocktail bar, setting a bold new standard for Asian dining in North London.
