Andres Vera Bianco

Andres Vera Bianco is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Managing Director - Factory Manager for Sealing Solutions at SKF Group, Andres oversees the largest Sealing Solutions operation. Previous positions include Country Manager and Managing Director for SKF Argentina, as well as Managing Director for the Andean Region and Perú, Bolivia, and Paraguay. Andres has also held the role of Recond Oil LAM Development Leader at RecondOil Sweden AB. Prior to these roles, experience includes General Manager for Boart Longyear and Managing Director at MyM Repuestos y Servicios S.A., a leader in aftermarket spare parts for the trucking industry. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Business Administration and Management from CENTRUM PUCP, an MBA from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, and another MBA from INCAE Business School, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
