Christian Schulz

Christian Schulz has extensive experience in the field of compensation and pension management, currently serving as the Director of Group Total Reward and Global Mobility at SKF Group since February 2008. In this role, Christian leads a team responsible for the global salary review process and oversees executive compensation and board support. Previously, Christian held positions as Global Pension Director & Head of Executive Compensation, where responsibilities included leading the transformation of local pension plans, and as Global Pension Manager, focusing on creating a global framework for SKF companies. Prior to SKF, Christian worked at Skandia from 1993 to January 2008 as a Company Pension Advisor and Individual Pension & Investment Advisor, providing guidance on pension plans and financial planning for both companies and individuals.
