Hai Dang

Hai Dang is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of People Experience at SKF Vietnam since April 2020. Previous roles include Head of Human Resources at Ben Thanh Jewelry, Group Human Resources Manager at XLE Group, HR and Admin Manager at Ipa-Nima Vietnam JSC, and Senior HR Executive at the Institute of Drilling and Production Technology. Hai's career began in customer service and marketing, with early positions at MILYCO., ltd and D-CLINIC. Hai holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City and a Bachelor's degree in English language from Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages – Information Technology. Additionally, Hai has completed leadership coaching and transformation programs through Leaders Create Leaders.
