Heather Ems

Heather Ems is a seasoned technology executive with extensive leadership experience across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President IT Americas at SKF Group since July 2024, Heather previously held the role of Vice President - Infrastructure and Operations at AMRI from July 2020 to July 2024. Prior to that, Heather was Vice President Enterprise Technology at DuPont Specialty Company and Vice President of Global Infrastructure at Teva Pharmaceuticals. Heather's career began at AstraZeneca, where significant contributions included roles as Global Commercial/Americas Delivery Lead and Senior Director of Global Technology. With a foundation in consulting at Accenture, Heather specialized in change management and client relations. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations from Penn State University.
