Gareth Hughes is a seasoned IT executive with extensive experience across various sectors, currently serving as Vice President IT Americas for Samsonite since October 2025, overseeing IT for all retail channels in the Americas region. Prior to this role, Gareth held multiple senior positions at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., including Mens Employee Group Philanthropy Lead and Executive Director roles focusing on Retail Technology and Supply Chain Technology across North America and EMEA. Other notable positions include Head of IT at Well Pharmacy, Head of IT Services at Cath Kidston, and Senior Service Delivery Manager at Specsavers. Gareth's career began in IT roles at Bayer and Pall Europe, complemented by a degree from the University of Portsmouth.
