Joakim Landholm

Senior Vice President, Group Operations at SKF Group

Joakim Landholm has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Joakim is currently employed as the Senior Vice President of Group Operations at SKF Group since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Partner at Axholmen from February 2021 to January 2022.

Landholm also founded, owned, and served as the CEO of Landholm Executive Services AB from November 2015 to January 2022. During this time, they also held the position of Managing Director (interim) Healthcare at Aleris Sverige from August 2018 to December 2018.

Earlier in their career, Landholm served as the Group CEO of Hector Rail AB from August 2016 to March 2018. Joakim also had a brief period as a free agent from September 2015 to August 2016, focusing on their family and personal interests.

Prior to their appointment at Hector Rail AB, Landholm worked at SAS (Scandinavian Airlines) in various leadership roles. Joakim held the position of Chief Transformation Officer from September 2014 to August 2015 and served as the Executive Vice President Commercial from January 2012 to August 2014, where they oversaw various departments and was a member of the SAS Group Management.

Before their tenure at SAS, Landholm worked as the COO Scandinavia at RSA from December 2007 to January 2012. Joakim also served as the CIO Nordic & Baltic at GE Money Bank from March 2005 to December 2007. Landholm began their professional career as a Consultant at Accenture from March 2000 to February 2005.

Joakim Landholm completed their MSc in Corporate Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics from 1991 to 1995. Additionally, they obtained a 1st Lieutenant degree in Military Tactics and Leadership from the Swedish Naval Academy from 1992 to 1993.
