Lucia Puppione has over three decades of experience at SKF Group, where key roles have included SKF ERP Program Portfolio & Resource Manager, SAP implementation Logistic team lead, and IT Portfolio Manager. Responsibilities have spanned IT portfolio management, demand management for corporate IT functions, and strategic HR partnership within the IT unit. Lucia has also served as Manager of Innovation Processes and R&D Portfolio Manager, focusing on product development and engineering software for the Automotive Division. Earlier career experience includes software engineering at TESEO S.p.A. Lucia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Labour and Organisational Psychology from Università degli Studi di Torino.
