Mike Conaghan

Mike Conaghan is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director of Labor Relations at SKF Group since October 2021. Prior to this, Mike spent nearly nine years at Siemens in various roles, including Lead Employee Relations Advisor, where leadership of a five-member team supported 17,000 employees. Mike’s background includes significant responsibilities as a Senior HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner overseeing complex employee relations issues and managing HR functions across multiple facilities. Earlier experience includes HR Manager with Deloitte for the Northeast Region Technology Risk division, as well as roles at ML Staffing, Deloitte Consulting, and CitiSteel USA Inc. Mike holds a Master's degree in Human Capital Development from La Salle University, complemented by an undergraduate degree from King's College.
