Morten Nilsen

Morten Nilsen is an experienced professional currently serving as Aftermarket Manager at SKF Group since April 2014, overseeing aftermarket sales and contract management in Norway. Nilsen also holds board membership at SKF Norge AS and has previously managed the Rotating Equipment Performance strategy for the company. With a strong background in key account management for both industrial end-users and OEMs, Nilsen has contributed to developing solutions that align with SKF's value propositions. Prior to SKF, Nilsen co-founded RP Services AS, where responsibilities included sales and marketing management, and established training facilities across various Norwegian cities. Earlier experience includes founding a restaurant and serving as General Manager at Stavanger Elektro Service AS, specializing in cooling and HVAC systems. Nilsen holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration, and is pursuing a Master's degree in Technology Leadership and Digital Transformation at NTNU.
