Serban Costin

Serban Costin, PhD, has extensive experience in digitalization and project management within the industrial sector. Currently serving as a Digital Deployment Champion and Team Leader for CoMo Projects at SKF Group since September 2014, Serban Costin leads a team focused on delivering online condition monitoring projects across Eastern Europe. Prior roles include Product and Project Manager at TECHNO VOL and Engineer Project Manager at Dr. Köcher, where Serban Costin honed skills in technical solutions and project management. An academic background includes a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, alongside a Master of Science in Economics Engineering.
