Silvia Kostadinov

Silvia Kostadinov is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer experience management and human resources within the SKF Group since 2007. Currently serving as Customer Experience Manager for Wind EMEA since September 2018, Silvia has previously held roles as Customer Service & Customs Manager and Production Manager. Silvia's HR experience includes responsibilities as an HR Specialist, where process development and recruitment for production staff were key duties. Additionally, Silvia worked as an HR Business Partner providing support on HR-related matters and engaging in negotiations with union representatives. Prior roles include Nämndsekreterare/Personaladm at Miljöförvaltningen in Göteborgs Stad and Socialsekreterare focusing on welfare support. Silvia holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Gothenburg.
