Urszula Sachadel

Urszula Sachadel is an accomplished professional in metallurgy and materials science with extensive experience in research and technology development. Since June 2012, Urszula has held various leadership roles at SKF Group, including Manager of Research & Technology Development Operations and Team Lead positions in steel processing and fatigue modeling. Prior experience includes serving as a Principal Researcher/Metallurgist at Tata Steel Europe, where expertise was demonstrated in advanced steel and aluminum metallurgy for diverse applications such as automotive and aerospace. Earlier roles at Wroclaw University of Technology involved research and lecturing within the Institute of Materials Science and Applied Mechanics. Urszula holds a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Metallurgy/Materials Science and Mechanical Engineering from Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
