Larisa Shumilova, MA, has demonstrated extensive expertise in risk management and administration since joining Skid Row Housing Trust in 2019. Previously, Larisa served as the Chief Compliance Officer at Community Based Education and Development, known as CBD College, from 2008 to 2017, where Larisa was responsible for overseeing compliance initiatives.
