Stefanie Fuchs

Stefanie Fuchs has over 15 years of experience in technical support within the parking access industry, having spent the majority of her career at SKIDATA. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Technical Support for Car Access, Stefanie leads a team of 11 members, focusing on service-level agreements, reporting, process improvements, and the implementation of new tools and standards. Prior roles include Manager of Central Technical Support and 2nd Level Support Engineer, where responsibilities included problem management and serving as the interface between global subsidiaries and the research and development department. Stefanie completed a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and System Management at Fachhochschule Salzburg.
