Kristian Ripegutu

Kristian Ripegutu is an experienced education and organizational leader, currently serving as Organisasjon- og utviklingsdirektør at Skien kommune since January 2013. Previous roles include Assisterende oppvekstsjef and Konstituert oppvekstsjef at the same organization, alongside serving as Stabsjef and Rådgiver within SKIEN KOMMUNE OPPVEKST from September 2009 to December 2012. Kristian has held several leadership positions in schools, including Rektor at Lunde barneskole and Undervisningsinspektør at multiple institutions. Educational qualifications include Cand.philol with a focus on philosophy from the University of Oslo and additional studies at the University of South-Eastern Norway and the University of Agder.
