Rune Solli

Rune Solli is an accomplished Project Manager with extensive experience in welfare technology and organizational change at Skien kommune since June 2017. Additionally, Rune serves as a Quality Assurance Adviser, focusing on governance structures and service improvement within the community. Prior to this, Rune held various roles at EVRY group, including Procurement Category and Compliance Manager, and led tender projects and contract management. Earlier career experiences include a Solution Architect position at EDB Business Partner, Team Leader Application Hosting at Hydro IS Partner, and multiple managerial roles at Norsk Hydro, where Rune oversaw application development, database management, and system programming. Rune holds a Bachelor's degree in IT programming and methodology from Universitetet i Agder and is certified in Project Management through Holte Academy.
