Retail Operations

The Retail Operations team at Skiis & Biikes is responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of the store, ensuring optimal customer service, overseeing inventory and sales of both hard and soft goods, and enhancing the in-store and online shopping experience. This includes duties such as cash management, product merchandising, e-commerce activities, and specialized services like ski tuning, bike servicing, and boot fitting.
