Madhura Moulik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and marketing across various sectors. Currently serving as Director at KarmaV since November 2021, Madhura oversees an intelligent automation solution focusing on workforce diversity through the proprietary AI algorithm FairKarma™️. As CEO of Skilfinity since April 2017, a digital marketing and consulting startup based in Singapore, Madhura has played a pivotal role in establishing the company's global presence. In addition to these roles, Madhura contributes as an angel investor at Epic Angels and provides mentorship across multiple organizations, including GROW, Foundership, and Mbanq Labs. Previously, Madhura held key positions, such as Co-Founder of LoLo PoLo and Head of Marketing & Partner Alliance at SpringPeople, where comprehensive marketing strategies were expertly managed.
