Manel Oueghlani is an experienced professional currently serving as Directrice relation client at Skill and You since July 2016, where responsibilities include team management for over 600 collaborators, client relationship development, and operational optimization across multiple channels. In this role, Manel is part of the executive committee and oversees client experience improvements, remote coaching initiatives, and strategic retention projects.
