Komal Shah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in company secretarial roles and legal compliance. Currently serving as Co-Founder at Skill Arbitrage since August 2021 and as Co-Founder and Chief Knowledge Officer at LawSikho since July 2017, Komal has held multiple senior positions including Consultant and Head of Content. Previous experience includes practising as a Company Secretary, as well as key positions at Northern Trust Corporation, Citi, Depfa Bank, EcoSecurities, Damas, and India Infoline Ltd.
