Sanghita Mukherjee

Sanghita Mukherjee is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as the Managing Partner at Accio Legal since October 2024, while also holding positions as a Senior Legal Consultant and Advocate at Skill Arbitrage and LawSikho since December 2022 and August 2021, respectively. With extensive litigation experience in various courts, including the High Court of Calcutta and other jurisdictions, Sanghita specializes in suit, writ, commercial disputes, and arbitration. Additionally, Sanghita has served as a Corporate Lawyer since February 2018 and has held roles such as Legal Advisor at Inspiria Knowledge Campus and Manager Legal at Insync. An alumnus of the National Law University Odisha with a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) in Corporate Laws, Sanghita further expanded expertise through an MBA in Data Protection and Privacy Management from the Swiss School of Management.
