Oli Meager is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and strategic initiatives within the HR tech sector. As Co-Founder of Skill Collective since October 2022, Oli is focused on transforming consulting practices to deliver exceptional value rapidly. Previously, as Company Director & Consultant at OM GTM Consulting Ltd, Oli contributed to accelerating growth for HR tech vendors through strategic Go-to-Market initiatives. At Degreed, from April 2019 to July 2022, Oli excelled in various leadership roles, including VP & GM of Global Strategic Initiatives, achieving significant customer acquisition growth and securing substantial funding. Other notable positions include Regional Vice President of Career Mobility Sales at Degreed and VP of Sales & EMEA at Adepto, where Oli drove impressive revenue growth and managed international sales efforts. Early career experience includes roles at SAP Fieldglass and ManpowerGroup Solutions.
