Benjamin Flower has a diverse work history that spans over 25 years. Benjamin started their career at Microsoft, where they worked for two decades in various leadership roles, including Director - Support Practice Manager and Group Manager. In 2019, they founded Benjamin Flower Consulting and Motivational Events, combining their IT career experience with their passion for music to create immersive learning events. In 2020, they joined Skill-Up Technologies as Director of Leadership Development, where they focus on creating and managing training curriculum related to personal branding, executive presence, and leadership development. Overall, Benjamin has a strong background in leadership, coaching, and inspiring individuals and organizations.
