Dawn Teel-Friedman

Dawn Teel-Friedman has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Dawn is currently working at Skill-Up Technologies as a Lead Editor/QA, where they manage a team of editors in editing e-learning course content for various clients. Prior to this, Dawn worked at Amazon (through Aerotek) as an Editor, where they oversaw the transition of newsletters and managed FAQ documents related to COVID-19 and civil unrest policies. Dawn also worked at MediaPRO as a Technical Editor/QA, where they improved the course development process and implemented training tools to enhance quality. Earlier in their career, they worked at Haynes and Boone as a Marketing Technology Specialist, Paladin Recruiting and Staffing as a Database Manager, and Morningside Ministries Senior Living Communities as an Assistant to the President and Development Coordinator. Dawn also has experience as a Project Manager at SellMark and was self-employed as a Freelance Writer/Editor. Dawn began their career at The Psychological Corporation as an Editor and Assistant Editor, and worked as a Public Relations Assistant at Regnier Valdez.

Dawn Teel-Friedman completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, Communications, Linguistics, and French from Trinity University from 1989 to 1993. In 2018, they obtained a Systems Thinking Certificate from Cornell University.
