Dee Dee Collette

Dee Dee Collette has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology and cybersecurity. Dee Dee started their career in 2006 as an Information Technology Project Manager at The Retail Computer Group, LLC, where they developed policies and procedures for projects and service call management. Dee Dee then moved on to Globe Education Network in 2009, where they served as the Executive Program Chair - IT, managing multiple projects across campuses and providing classroom instruction in various IT subjects.

In 2015, Dee Dee joined Herzing University as an Instructor in Information Technology and Cybersecurity. Dee Dee later took on the role of Technology Program Chair, where they were responsible for faculty recruitment, training, and development.

In 2019, Dee Dee joined TestOut Corporation as a Technical Writer and Content Creator, designing instructional materials and videos for certification prep in various areas. Dee Dee also presented complicated technical concepts in an engaging format and created text lessons using HTML.

Starting in 2022, Dee Dee worked at Skill-Up Technologies as a Cybersecurity SME and Content Writer, where they contributed to creating curriculum outlines and writing content.

Most recently, Dee Dee joined CompTIA in 2023 as a Technical Writer and Content Creator. Dee Dee'sresponsibilities include designing instructional materials for certification prep and creating engaging videos and text lessons.

Dee Dee Collette obtained an A.S. degree in Computer Networking and a B.S. degree in Business Technology Management from Herzing College, where they studied from 2001 to 2004. Later, they pursued their MBA degree in Technology Management at the University of Phoenix from 2007 to 2009. In addition to their degrees, Collette holds certifications as a Certified Office Specialist (2007 and 2013) and a Microsoft Certified Educator, both obtained from Microsoft.
